Up there a peaceful moon is shining,
Looking glamorous and wondrously promising.
I cannot help but admire its perfection,
And pray to be immortalized in its mysterious reflection!
A Godly gift is surely what it represents,
Generous, enchanting and amazingly romantic!
The gleam, the presence, its aura; all is so immense,
Surprisingly, a dreary night has turned extremely fantastic!
Oh merciful moon, look at my face; it is glowing.
Listen to my heart, to you it is calling.
Let my prayer be quickly answered,
Let the promise be endlessly remembered!
